Playing CSS online without STEAM...

Is there a way to bypass the whole steam app. and play CSS on SGS?

I've reached my cap (not by playing CSS, not my most Fav. game) and now I've got a heap of Local bandwidth that needs using,
so is there a way to get into CSS without running the Steam app.?

No.

You need Route Sentry, plus an additional local account (which is quite cheap) and set it up all together. There are lots and lots of threads with regards to using Route Sentry and how it works.

Just do a search for it.
