Upon pondering on how I'll get fit again, I stumbled on the idea of taking up tennis again. I used to be really good during my school years, so now I'm looking for a Tennis Club near Menlyn Park. It's harder to find than I thought it would be.
The main reason behind looking for a club is because I can't think of any other way to get back into the game. Asking random people that I know doesn't work because they either have no commitment to setting regular dates, or can't play well.

How does a person find a sports club?

Have you searched in Facebook groups? Otherwise, maybe try and post on Gumtree. Another way is to find the local tennis courts and put up a notice up that you're looking for a tennis partner. Sport shops selling Tennis equipment may also be a place to look.

There is a Tennis club right next to the Menlyn Virgin Active.
I would honestly recommend Tuks Tennis. It is open for the public.
Also tried tennis again, but got hooked on squash.

I'm not sure about the condition of the facilities at Menlyn but Tuks Tennis is right next to squash and their facilities look 100%. Parking and security is also very good.
