Playstation 4 VR adapter cable for PS5

I'm looking for a converter like this. I have already requested one from SONY, but its been a month and seeing from other people in ZA, they dont always deliver.

I have a PS5 and the PS4 VR headset, just need the converter.

Please let me know should you know where I can get one.
