Playstation Remote Play installation

Hey all, hope everyone is safe and healthy.

I hope someone has a solution for my problem with PS Remote Play. I started having an issue with it not starting up so I decided to uninstall and reinstall but now I get the following error msg. See the pic below.

Has anyone experienced this in Windows 10?

Do you have a 64bit system?

Have you uninstalled, restarted, then installed and restarted again?

update: Also try running the app I administrative mode. Right click and select 'run as admin'.

If it's dependent on a specific app, can you try to look up the errors specific to that application.
PSN Forums could also help. I don't think it's region specific, though I could be wrong.

I was running a 32bit version of win 10 so I installed a 64bit and haven't had an issue since.
