Playstation Spring sale: PS plus prices

Some really great deals there Be sure to check it out. Just wanted to make sure, The telltale games collection is priced at R582.40, and it says above it " Join PS Plus and Play " @ R364. I have PS Plus, but when I add it to my cart, the normal R582.40 price appears. What's the deal there?

Also FARCRY 4 Gold Edition, PS plus and play price @ R441.75, but checkout @ R530.10. And some other games.

Edit: Ok, I'm guessing those special prices are only for new players that haven't joined PS plus yet.

Got Bloodborne as well, seems like an epic game. Borderlands Handsome Collection at just over R429 is great value (2 full games plus all dlc's).
I'm surprised THLOU remastered wasn't on sale...
