Playstation themes

Can someone help me, please?

I have tried getting some themes onto my PS3, but for some reason I am struggling. If I use the browser on the PS I can get to the themes sites, but it does not install properly.

Maybe I am using the wrong sites? Could you recommend a site with good content?

I downloaded a couple on my PC, but can't get the PS3 to see the files (even if I name the folders properly). So the only way for me (that I know of at least) can get them onto the console is to DL them using the browser....

Any advice?

Use PSN. Duh.

I got a free "I am alive" theme that looks pretty good.

IIRC, you have to save them to root of USB as either PS3>THEMES> or THEMES>PS3. I can't recall what format they have to be in for PS3 to recognise.

Instructions on how to install and use themes
Downloading with PC
1. Find the theme you want to download
2. click the download link
3. press “Save”
4. save to a SDCard or a USB Device (FAT32 formatted)
5a. make a folder in the Device or Card called “PS3″
5b. make a folder in the PS3 folder called “THEME” (ALL CAPS REQUIRED)
6. put the .pt3 file into the THEME folder
7. put into your ps3
8. go to themes
9. click install
10. click the memory card or USB device
11. Install and enjoy ^^

Downloading with PS3 Browser
1. Load www.ps3-themes.com in your PS3s browser
2. Find a theme that you like
3. Then click “Download Here”.
4. The PS3 will ask you to save it.
5. Go ahead and save it and it will automatically install the theme.
6. Go to “Settings”, then “Theme” and “Themes”
7. The theme you downloaded should be in the list, click on it and then apply.
8. Hey, you’re done!
