Playtime on Xbox

Is there anyway to check playing time on an Xbox?

I remember the old cellphones could enter a code and it would say talktime ...

Well since the December update there's a parental timer which is a bit of the reverse, you can set how many hours per day or week you're allowed to use the 360. I imagine (haven't looked) that there's probably a monitor to check how far you are a well.
