Core Responsibilities
• PLC Programming and development
o Simantic Step 7 (required)
o Alan Bradley (advantage)
• SCADA And HMI Development
• Commissioning and installations on site
• Technically competent with strong people skills to promote teamwork needed to achieve reliability program objectives; ability to work in team environment.
• Project management
• Client Liaison
• Willing to work overtime when required.
Qualifications
• BSc/BCom Computer Science or ND/BTech IT or ND / BTech Electrical Engineering (Light Current) required
• Siemens Pro 1, Pro 2, Safety certification is an advantage
• MBSA Integra Trained (Advantage)
• 1-5 years’ experience required
Remuneration
• Basic salary based on experience
• Overtime
• Medical Aid (50%)
• Provident Fund (50%)
• 13th Cheque based on performance
