I've found all my rentals through gumtree.

EDIT: Maybe just set your budget slightly higher, you may always be able to negotiate a better price if you really like place.

You also need to open a case at the station, I dont know if its physical or mental or both, but dont just think you can leave him/her and they will be fine with it.These ppl are mentally unstable and there is no telling what they could end up doing, if they come home and all your stuff and the kids stuff is gone...

What im trying to say is to get legal help immediately.
