And now, from Eskom's blackout site:
Hope that isn't Eskom's way of trying to make an April Fool's joke.
As a matter of interest, does anyone know whether preemptive blackouts are considered by Eskom to be part of their so-called "load shedding" - in other words, were the guaranteed preemptive blackouts to be in effect, would the Eskom load shedding site say that so-called "load shedding" was in effect or was NOT in effect?
Probably doesn't matter as their so-called pr is totally unreliable!
NOTICE
We have not commenced load shedding today as communicated to you on Friday, 28 March 2008. We are clarifying the situation and will advise you on the way forward by tomorrow, Tuesday, 1 April, 2008.
Hope that isn't Eskom's way of trying to make an April Fool's joke.
