Hi, I'm busy helping someone to install Samsung pc suite. Now everytime I start the program, it gives me the error message: "please exit samsung contacts copier try again". I know it's something about the avg antivirus that is blocking the program, but how do I repair it? I also allowed the pc suite at the windows firewall too, but how do I get around avg?

Disable it for the time being to be sure of that

I did, actually I uninstalled avg cause there was some issues with the version she had. Then pc studio worked 100%, but when I re-installed avg, the problem was back again.

Simple - remove AVG, install NOD32.

Thing is, I had the same problem a while back, and I got it right, and I just cant remember how. And yes, I feel better now. thks
