Please give me a value for a Pentax Optio S4

My mother is considering buying this, secondhand, from a friend. It's nice and small.

Nope, won't be printing.

Just taking pics of decoupage, her decoupage studio, social gatherings etc.

I have looked at the sample images, and it's perfect for her needs.
