Please help - 3G & MS remote assistant

I am unable to connect to other pc's through my 3G connection, but get connected withou any problems using the sam 2 pc's with adsl connection.
The pc that I want to connect to is at my office and is on the network with adsl connection. The other is my laptop, and when I try to connect using vodacom 3G, gives an error that the hostname could not be resolved. I have tried sending the request by mail aswell, with the ip i got from www.whatismyip.com, with no luck.
Please help..this 3G modem is starting to look like a tennis ball to me and is going to get to know my wall very well.

Have you checked that the firewall settings for the connectors are the same?

The firewall is disabled on both connections, till I get it to work.
