Hi, I've installed Apple Music on my Android phone but I can't sign in. I click on "Start Free Trial" then enter my Apple ID & password and then wait forever - the next page does not load.
I've tried: restarting phone, reinstalling app, clearing app cache. I've got Android 7.1.2
I can sign in with my PC, but then I cannot start the free trial because I do not have a payment method selected. I have tried to change my payment method in iTunes, but nothing happens when I click on "manage payments". I tried to contact Apple for help and got a "Forbidden" message!
All these Apple issues...
Anyone experienced something similar? Any advice or info would be appreciated. Thanks
