Is there someone that knows anyone working at MTN that can help me with my account?

Since I got the pro call 1000 package from MTN, my minutes were not deducted from my free minutes but I was charged for all my calls. I have a reverence nr that I reported this in August. The problem is still not sorted out after 4 Months. The wrong amounts get deducted from my acount each month. This is really becoming an irritation in my life and I think it’s unfair to me as your client, to go on like this.
