Please help injured biker with Internet

So I had a fairly significant accident on my bike last weekend.
I am stuck in Olivedale hospital ...
Vodacom has only edge coverage here,I'd like to know if anyone knows if any of the other networks will have 3G coverage so I can organise a prepaid sim card?

Was there a few weeks back visitng someone - signal on voda there is shocking. I do not know on the others though. Sorry maybe check "gr8signal" website ?

I'm about one and a half km down the road... 8ta works just fine and cell c flies.

I was stuck in Olivedale hospital ... the signal was bad, some wards non existent others better... It will depend more on which ward you are staying than the provider
