Please help ipod shuffle

hey guys,

my gf has an ipod shuffle 1gb.

The other day she "stepped" on the crossover, docking cable thingey - it plugs in through the "headphone" port.
Anyone who has an ipod shuffle will know wat im talking about. Its the USB crossover cable basically.

anyway she stepped on it and broke the pin right off. irreparable.
believe me i took it to a computer guy who tried for about 30 mins.

Does anyone know where i can buy a new one in durban and roughly how much it will cost?

hey stury,

from experience, you should be able to pick up a temporary girlfriend for the night at point road...cost is about R300.

for longer term girlfriends try joe cools on the beachfront. a few tequilas should sort it out. beware of secondhand goods though, as well as false advertising (make up/push up bra's etc)

Put an add up on the forum classifieds. Have you gone to an Apple dealer in your area? I would try and confirm with Apple to see if spares can be obtained.
