Hi all,

I own a 10" galaxy tab, which 99% of it is used on net,

I have seen the Note and it looks great,

I just don't know which to get!

Anyone one out there that can advise me please! Can the note do everything that the tab can plus the phone option....

Which is the better one

you own the 10" galaxy tab already but you don't know which to get? :wtf:
 
Do you use your tab for a lot of work related stuff or just purely browsing and info searching? I would keep both, tab is nice for browsing/movies/reading, if you do calls and browsing with one device I would think the battery life may be a problem.

But if I had to choose one I would go for Note.
 
I only use the tab for browsing and downloading music. Otherwise nothing else and my daughter plays angry birds thatsa about it! I have a blackberry 9810 but I am tired of Blackberry and there issues looking for something new without Bis issues
 
I wouldn't give up a 10" tablet for the Note. The way I see it the Note is going to become a pain to use as a phone after a few months because it is too big and a pain to use for the internet becaise it is too small. 7" is the smallest one should go for tablet-like internet use. I would just get another phone to replace the BB ... something like the Desire S or one of the cheaper Samsung Galaxy phones.

I agree with BeVonk!.

The Note is not something you want to carry with you when you're going shopping, or dropping off the kids at school.

I held one in my hand when I was in a Samsung shop & the first thing that came to mind was - this thing is huge!

Rather get a Samsung Galaxy S2/Ace to use as a daily phone.
 
Go for the Desire S - great phone and a bit smaller than the iPhone / Galaxy S2 / Sensation.
 
Or just pick up a 2nd hand S2 instead of a Galaxy Ace or Desire s. You can find them cheap in the classifieds section or Gumtree. Just don't get scammed.

I sold my Transformer tab after I realised I loved using my S2 more. As a browsing device, tablets for me are clunky. If I want to do some serious research or online shopping ill use a PC. For light browsing or to Google something, my S2 is perfect.
