Please help me first time buying a car.

Hi there I burt a car from a guy and only after the payment was made he told me that the car has no papers and that the car was burt on an occasion it was an abandoned car, so what do I do now and how do I get the paper for the car and how do I get the car on my name

Go to small claims court and reverse the transaction.

1) it has no papers
2) it was abandoned
3) it was in a fire

Unless op plans to strip for parts or scrap then walk away. Sounds like the guy you paid just found it somewhere and decided to sell it along.

Many different ways this is illegal. It will be unlikely you will be able to register the car on your own name.
