Lately I have been getting many web sites timing out or loading partially. I phoned MWeb and Telkom and both said that they see nothing wrong and insisted the problem must be with the other company. Telkom did however "reset the line" and after that I thought it was working fine. When I ping the nearest device on the other side of the ADSl line, the ping times were consistent and very close to 10ms:
But that did not last very long. This is what I am getting for the last few days:
Any ideas what the problem can be? What other tests can I do?
