PLEASE HELP : MTN SIM DOES NOT WORK IN IPHONE4 ONLY FOR OUTGOING CALLS?

Hi.

I hope you guys are well.

I am totally stuck with this one, I have an iPhone 4, with MTN TOP UP CONTRACT.

sim worked totally fine, but now, says "call Failed" when trying to dial out?

funny this is, that this phone can recieve and send SMS's, emails, DATA works fine as well,

But just says "Call Failed" on outgoing calls,

4 simswaps later, and cancelled all Barings and Diverts , and tested sim in all handsets,

even took iphone to Apple store, to no avail.

Please assist urgently.

It happens to me only when I am trying to hide my number, check your outgoing calls setting.
