I just installed a new MSI motherboard and CPU. PC comes in and go into Bios. No matter what I do it does not want to load windows and keeps going to Bios. Any advice?

Why are you posting numerous posts for the same issue? If you post once in the correct thread, then you are bound to get good advise (after the usual crappy answers).
I would say that this thread is the correct one for your issue.

I assume that you have done a fresh install of windows?

Sorry about that. I am still new to this. It picks up the hdd but not loading windows.

I've had this before and it ended being a hardware issue. But it could be other things.

Here 's an article with some pointers Linky

any error messages that appear before going back into the bios?
is the hard drive detected?
have you tried booting from USB/CDROM?

I had the same issue on my Laptop a couple of months ago - my RAM wasn't 100% compatible with the mobo which caused the system to not post to Win10 boot drive. If you have more than one RAM module, remove all but 1 of the modules and try boot again.

Could be related to:

Sata mode: IDE, AHCI
Default boot device/port
fast boot
secure boot
etc

sounds like most likely suspect, ram is not right.
check bios, does it show amount of ram installed?

Thx everyone. The old install was on an MBR scheme and needed booting with legacy BIOS. I did a fresh Windows installation as the Bios would not let me change it. All working fine now.
