Please Help VDSL

Hi, Telkom just upgraded me to VDSL and now nothing works.
Router connects and say its connected to ISP`s (Tried 4 ISP`s)

Doing tracert it comes to second hop and then times out.

Any suggestions?

No worries, got through to telkom chat and they fixed it.
Cant express how good they are on the chat service. I encourage everyone to use it.
