Ati driver. Does it boot into Windows? Safe mode? If yes get Blue screen viewer to check what is causeing the BSOD. I would uninstall that Ati driver.

I think I found the problem, its the SATA ports on my motherboard not working as it should, so I just unplugged HDD and plugged into other ports. Seems to be fine for now?
