playing this on the PSP...it's not too difficult on "normal" setting to play. I'm stuck on #7. Think you just need to upgrade so race a few times on the same track to earn more money. Unless the PSP version is different fromt he PC???
As soon as you start using cheats, youll find that the game loses it's appeal. My tip is stick with one car and upgrade it to the max. You save a lot of money and that car will pwn. Also to get up your bounty, there is a bus stop somewhere near the middle of the map. Once you are on heat 3 or so and got lots of cops chasing you, drive inside and up the ramp. Just sit there and watch the chaos
