I bought a Toyota Bubble 1300 91model . I have documentation of the owner that sold the car and previous owner to state that he bought the vehicle. With that I have Police clearance but dated back to 2011 but all copies. I was told car is scraped. I do,.nt even know if it's really scraped. I need some advise as how to get the vehicle in my name.

Given that it's a '91, it would be a Kentucky-shape...

If the car is scrapped (i.e. deregistered), you would need to obtain that certificate, and perform the following:

Register a vehicle built up from parts:

To register a vehicle built up from parts, go to your nearest motor vehicle registration authority and submit the following:

• your identity document (ID)
• an affidavit confirming where the parts came from and what was done to the car (form SOA)
• request for police clearance (form RPC)
• request for police identification (form RPI)
• de-registration certificate (if the vehicle was deregistered)
• a weighbridge (mass measuring) certificate
• proof of title ownership

Complete the Application for Registration and Licensing of Motor Vehicle form (RLV).

I might be wrong though, so it would be best to contact your local licensing department to confirm this.
