Indeed...huh?

Doesn't sound like a double Nat issue. The internal interface on your router will have a private ip of something like 192.168.x.x

Once connected to the net the external interface with get a public address like 196.x or something similar. The router will Nat from the private to the public and vice versa.

nah.... i have on my wan setting ip of 10.22.XX.XX tottally different from the one on ip-adress.com which is 130.193.xxx.xxx

and i can access my router from another internet through 10.22.xx while i can't with the 130.193.x.x

Ahh ok. Your lovely ISP is doing the NATing for you.

What do you mean i can access my router from another internet?

I mean i can access my router from outside like if I'm in my friends house and try to access my router from there house and their internet i would be able by using the wan ip ....
if my ISP is doing NATing for me how would i be able to port forward ?? i mean shall i pay for this crap ??

Well port forwarding is easy.

* but you need to have NAT loopback enabled, else you won't be able to access whatever you are trying to host from your LAN
(it will be accessible from outside)

Actually my whole problem is this ..... i have enabled loopback but still can't reach the host
