Please need help with Mobile Broadband Gaming!!

Hi All,

I have a question to ask you all.. Firstly I hope this is in the correct area, sorry if it is not

I have recently moved to another house, and we are not able to get broadband through the normal landline method.
I am in ENGLAND UK. This seemed to be the most populated forums I could find...Seems mostly to be US Based but hopefully someone can help me.......

So I have to find another way that I can connect my desktop PC to the internet so I can play online games such as CS,Quake4,Dawn of War,Unreal,World of Warcraft etc.

Now I do not know much at all about the wireless/mobile broadband side of things. I have discovered an offer from T-Mobile called 'Mobile Broadband' with 'Web 'n Walk'. This connects via a usb Modem.
Someone mentioned I should go with an EVDO Rev A Network if possible.....Someone also mentioned to me to Try the 'DSL with Desktop Antenna' option, as apparently the T-mobile/orange/3 options on the 3G networks are not so good for online games. So I have tried searching for UK DSL Mobile Broadband Companies and I dont have a clue what or who I am looking for!!! I spent 4 hours last night searching page after page only to be more and more confused as to what option is best for me....

I basically need someone who knows about Gaming on UK Mobile Broadband Networks, and someone who can just give me some companies to lookup/phoneup and ask if they can help me or not. As I say I am completely confused at the moment and I really dont have much time to do more searching about this stuff as I have to go away again tomorrow

I dunno much about gaming in the UK or any of their ADSL offerings..

but i think you'd get more response if you posted on a UK forum as this is a south african forum..
or even phoning the company up themself and asking them about gaming on that particular package. They should be able to tell you about stuff like that..

Another option is BT connect.
My brother used them when he was in UK and only had praise for them.
