Please need help with updating my p9 lite

I have model number vns-l31c16b130 but still on emui 4....im trying to get emui 5....will appreciate any help

The update was probably not the correct version. You most likely installed the "C169" version, whereas yours is only "C16".
I don't see a Nougat update for C16 on Firmware Finder, although I'm pretty sure I've seen someone mention somewhere that they got the Nougat OTA update on MTN. I'm speaking under correction though.

EDIT: It seems it was the P9 that was updated to Nougat, sorry!

It looks like the update was removed from the server, because I can't seem to find it on firmware finder.
