We're having a disagreement with our corporate ISP. In SA we get 10-12 Mbps down and up. But international only 0.5-1.5 Mbps. They claim it's latency or peering arrangements with the ISP. On my home 8 Mbps ADSL I get 3 Mbps (Plugg/IS).
I'm using speedtest.net and using the Boston Comcast server.
Please run a test to it and post your results and ISP. EDIT: this will only help if you have 4 Mbps or faster connection - please state your line speed.

This is where that server is:
Thanks!
