Hi guys, I'm looking for a device that can be used for recording a conversation with a client and then saved into the client's folder. Are any of you using digital pen recorders or can you suggest something else that's small, portable and reliable?

It must be reasonably priced and available in SA.

Thanks guys, maybe just a bit more background, it's for advisers/brokers going out to see their clients and giving them advice - they use a databasis "Spotlight" where they can add notes, activities and phonelogs or even scan in documents but they need something that can actually record the client's voice (for example) to acknowledge advice given to them. Most of the intermediaries go to the client's office or home so something portable is needed.

Anyone else using something currently for those purposes?
