Pointing to the cellc 'Network Issues' thread is pointless, posts in there get no reply.

I'm sure it was created with good intentions - but when I've posted in there twice with zero feedback don't inhibit us with our remaining option of turning to the community for help instead..

The reason there is a network issues thread is so problems can be reported uniformly and in a central place. If the problem is network related there is very little the community is going to be able to do for you, so 100's of "connection issues in X area" is going to do nothing but clutter up the forum.

As always: the company reps on MBB are not the "official" support channel, it's often only one person who has a number of other responsibilities besides looking after the forum. If you feel you are not getting a timely response in the forum then use the official customer care contacts.
