Been like this for about 4 days now:

It's bloody awful....

Why does it say my ISP is Telkom when it is actually MWEB??? Or is that just because my line is with Telkom?
 
Done and mr. Mweb rep. Has reported a fault on my behalf. Will phone tomorrow again! When I phone the first time they said they "rebooted my port" and that it is a best effort service....

Probably because some MWEB customers
are using the SAIX link (via Telkom).

Because the ISP uses SAIX and IS and at the time you were connected via SAIX. That will show as Telkom because guesse who owns SAIX (or a very large share of it)..
 
i can run faster to the telkom exchange then that can be sent via your line...
