Please use e-services during lockdown - SARS

The South African Revenue Service (SARS) has urged taxpayers to remain compliant and make use of its online services as the country battles an ailing economy compounded by the COVID-19 pandemic.

“If there was ever a time where delivering on our mandate matters, it is now. During this time, it remains extremely important for all taxpayers to remain compliant,” said SARS Commissioner Edward Kieswetter. [SANews]
 
We as the citizens of the country have collectively decided that even though we announced last week that we would pay our taxes, that it is in the country's best interest if we do not pay our taxes. This is due to the govt. squandering said money and more than 200 people saying they dont like tax in the last survey we performed.
 
Open the economy you bunch of chops.
Automatic tax collections.
No logic needed.

Yeah. Not happening. Even though I peeked at my IT forms. Sars is going to have a field day with me next year. 60K liability in April already....
 
SARS can go get their money from the relief fund
 
LOL .... these fuskers know how to push buttons .... to really upset the tax base, who, no matter how they vote, will never be able to dislodge the socialist majority.
