Please could someone help. I had to disconnect a DVR for my mom. In this process the cable behind the 2P HD PVR was unplugged and I am not sure where it goes? I have tried SATELLITE IN 2 and SATELLITE IN 1 (SatCR) or does it go in RF IN or RF OUT? I have tried various connections but all I get is "Please wait while the decoder tries to determine in which satellite footprint it resides". I have rebooted the PVR and reset it to factory. It is a single LNB with a single cable from the dish to the PVR, no spliter. It worked 100% up until yesterday

If it is a single cable, it is probably SatCR. Put it in SAT 1 (SatCR). You then have to set the decoder to SatCR in the setup menu, before you can scan...

How did you resolve this issue of footprint location as I have the same problem? You can reply on this thread and directly to me on mambat@webmail.co.za if this is permitted.
