I Wurst decided in may that I need i Con (Read i Call). I called there call centre to enquire about rates on the service in may and thought nothing more of it. My August account reflects that it was added in may and that I need to pay them for 5 months for a service I did not request. After speaking to ma-dopey and not getting any response I managed to get hold of his boss. It turns out I activated the service on the site, they even sent me a copy of a confirmation letter I had suposidly recieved. My email addy is not in the recipients list on the email copy, I also checked my mailbox.....no surprises here I never recieved it. Now I must pay for a service I never wanted, have never used. I just find it a bit fishy that it takes them 5 months to bill me for the service and in so doing making me pay for five months of bs instead of me being able to cancel it from the firsst month. Luckily my Helkom line is comming next week so I should be able to have ADSL running with in a couple of days with the same perks for R200 less...............Don't use i wurst unless you have to, and if you have to, watch your account like a hawk. Man how I hate ducking con artists.............can't wait to see if they reply to this or the hellopeter post..............****ers
p.s. any one want a UTD, patch antenna and wireless router for a good price. At least you won't have to sign a 24 month contract with them...........a good thing as you will want to dump them after dealing with the acc dept
