Which is better?

I am trying to find the best control panel for Windows (*meh*) hosting. Currently I use Cpanel for our Linux hosting but we will be rolling out several windows hosting servers as well.

Right now my choices are:
Plesk
HELM
Enkompass (http://www.cpanel.net/windows/overview.html) <-- though this seems bland
DotNetPanel (http://www.dotnetpanel.com/)

Which is the best for stability and managing clients?

We use Plesk and it's so incredibly easy to use. Haven't had a single issue with it.

I just had a look at Plesk and Helm, and it now seems that Helm is owned by the company that makes Plesk. Helm is looking pretty terrible so right now it looks like we are going for Plesk unless there is a better option.

I have used Helm and Plesk and I prefer Helm although I have heard good things about DotNetPanel.

Questions I would ask is which is the most scalable and after that I would look at usability. You don't want to have a panel that is awesome to use but then you find out that it is really limited and rigid in it expandability and find out you are now locked into it because of it. I don't know the answer to the questions but those are what I would ask myself.

Plesk can cluster nicely James. Not sure about Helm. Plesk also has active dev where it looks like Helm is dying... going to have a look more at DotNetPanel as well. Thanks everyone!
