PLEX ~ Poor Video Quality in Chrome Browser!

Sunday Greetings and Salutations.....

Running XP, using Chrome browser to watch PLEX movies, been bothered for awhile now that the quality of the video through the browser is poor, very blockky (new word I just invented) , when streaming to other devices, video perfect, what do I need to do in order to have normal graphics when Minimoose plays video on Chrome ?

Thanks guys, idiot me had it set at 320kbps.... ramped her up to 20mbps, huge difference.... thanks
