Plotter Problems

Hi guys

I Have a HP designJet 650c model no:c2859b, Plotter printer.

For some reason it has just stopped printing in color, just black and white, now I have cleaned the heads, the foil, the strips. replaced ink but the problem still is there.

any Ideas,

It may be a stupid question, but have you checked your printer settings and made sure it is not set to print everything in black and white?
