Which is the better router for a 50/50..the huawei ws5200 or the huawei ax3? .. I currently have the ws5200 which works fine, but am offered an upgrade to the ax3..

The Huawei AX3 has Wifi6 and a slightly better CPU, so take it. it's free

12 months but I don't mind if it's an upgrade on the existing one as I've been quite happy with the w5200
We have a fixed 6-month cancellation fee of R999 whether a client takes a router or not. The router is not a free-to-use router but once the router is sent to the client they own the device and does not need to return it. The router has a 12 month warranty through Afrihost.
