Pls help me activate WAP on Samsung

Is there anyone who can help me with the settings of WAP for Samsung D600E. Ive phoned and e-mailed customer care, but they are so freaken useless!!
Please will you help me??

Should not be. Call the call center ask to speak to a supervisor and explain your disgust at them not being able to send simple settings. Or you could use eXactmobile settings for WAP.
