Bought a 3g usb modem to connect via my latop it works fine. but i can't connect my ps3 via the laptop to the internet. Pls could some one help me with settings or anything.

You need to setup your laptop to act as a proxy server, then setup the PS3 to use the laptop as the default gateway. (You also obviously need a wired or wireless connection between laptop and PS3)
