Want to start selling small, easily deliverable items online. Can anyone recommended a site builder that offers local payment gateways & options? Was looking at Xneelo, they have a site builder though I'm not sure what payment options they offer. Any other recommendations?

How about Wix, they have a feature called Wix Payments that supports multiple countries. They also support a wide range of third-party payment providers, including Payflex and Yoco.

Haven't used them before, but I heard that Shopify is very simple to set up and use.

ecwid is pretty simple, and you can actually get a fully functioning, if limited, store running for free.
