Plugg-Semi Shaped?means what ?!

Can someone please tell me what semi-shaped means?

I see Afrihost and plugg offer this..

I know what shaped and unshaped roughly mean..But semi-shaped?

And will this mean a lot for me?Cause i do 100GB downloads(torrents,youtube)

BUT i like my online gaming..a lot! so latency is a big one!

Nope. Shaped just becomes less shaped in the evenings. These semi shaped accounts should perform better.

So a 4mb uncapped semi shaped would be a better choice than a 4mb uncapped shaped account?

Seeing that i do most of my gaming and downloads after 5pm..
