Plumstead Basestation issues

Good afternoon Shaun,

I was with a client this afternoon in the plumstead area (Cape Town), that connects all fine to the iBurst Network (-88DB and a distance of 5 from Plumstead), but did notice that the time to authenticate her device to the radius takes rather abnormally long (usually it takes me 3 seconds to authenticate, but where she is at it takes about 10sec)

Can you maybe look into it

Hi there

-88 is not a great reading. Have you tried an external antenna or moving the device to a better RF spot?
