No connection since this morning, spent 3 hours (not exaggerating... 12:34-15:43) on hold and got HUNG UP ON by the idiot who answered likely pressing the wrong button (cell phone on loud speaker whole time, hear a click, half a "good afternoon" then click 3 hours wasted). "MyTelkomServices" is refusing to load on 3g so I can't even log a ticket there.
It's been like this 3 Saturdays in a row as well as on Thursday this week, except the first two times it reconnected by 7pm and on Thursday it was for around 2 hours, after 7 hours of loadshedding (Also not exaggerating, but that's the other 'kom). Now I've had to buy 3g data just to check my emails, catch up on work and try (unsuccessfully) multiple times to log a fault
