plustv card not working correctly with win7 64bit

I am still having problems with my tv card showing a black screen.My sound is working but no picture.I booted into vista and xp and it works perfect.Even in vista media centre it works 100's.
The drivers for the card is 64 bit vista drivers and i cant see why it should not work.Tell me has it got to do with windows 7 direct x files

I googled and cant find a viable solution.SO what now

Just a thought - check that you have the right PAL version selected in your W7 config. The audio-video separation is different between German and UK PAL (what we use), which would account for you getting audio but no video, or vv.

I selected SA pal.....its all correct,still a black screen.
