I need to do police clearance on my vehicle because I changed the engine, I stay in Midrand but there is a testing station in centurion close to my work where I can do police clearance, I can not find clarity whether they will help me at centurion because my address is in midrand, can give me any factual information regarding this?

You need to get the papers from the licensing department first there is a specific form that you need to take to the Police clearance. Once that is done and the Police filled the form. You then go back to the licencing department for the new license disc.

not sure about that end, but here I can do a roadworthy in randburg, but clearance is in roodepoort, chamdor(sp?), else the next place is in the eastrand.
So please don't assume that all testing stations do vehicle clearance.
