Police lost Accident Report

Hi All
(Apologies if this is in the wrong thread).
We reported an accident in September and the police gave me an AR number (Accident report).
The insurance paid me out.
Now i want to do a RAF claim as well as the med aid wants to recover their costs.
But the bumbling Douglasdale police station lost the report and gave me a wrong AR number.
What do i do as i need the report for the claim?

I swear police hire dyslexic people on purpose to **** around.

I had the same thing happen to me in 2002 at Moot Police station.

As the Captain (or admin person) to please look it up through your name/surname and date it was logged. I had the same crap when Outsurance asked me why I am trying to claim for a Mr. De villiers

I actually did, AR no., Surname, Car Reg - they cant find anything.
Seems they took the report and lost it and don't want to take blame.

Wont the insurance company have the info?
