Police probe attack on 11 British pupils

Johannesburg police were on Monday still investigating an attack on 11 British schoolchildren who were robbed of R10 000 and ten cellphones in Honeydew early last week, West Rand Police said.

The pupils are part of a group on a rugby and netball tour in South Africa.

"The pupils were having a farewell party at a house in Honeydew on Tuesday about 11pm when eight men attacked them," said Captain Siphiwe Ndlovu.

The men were armed with two handguns, two knives and two garden spades.

Very true... these criminals are complete cowards half the time.

In bellville there was a recent crime spate kinda thing (is spate a word?) and the criminals always went for houses where there were onyl women and young children. The one time that there was a 16yeard old boy at a house they broke into, they got a bit jumpy apparently and stabbed him.. in the face.

This is even worse... spades ffs? its a bunch of British kids who arent used to crime.. you could talk them into giving you there phones.

for all those interested, this story seemingly only came to light once "The Real Realist" (from southafricaiscrap.blogspot.com) had published his story. So is he really damaging the country?

Hopefully these people will never return to this country and tell the real truth surrounding SA.
